Your whole fleet, on one screen.

The ledger builds itself. A cut rate, a cancelled load, a truck that slipped — you hear about it before the statement does. Amazon Relay and brokers alike.

Access opens in stages. We'll write to you once, when yours does.

Everything about your fleet happens in chats.

A load is booked at one rate. A leg gets cut and the rate changes. A truck goes down. A load is cancelled at the yard. It's all said out loud somewhere, and nobody has time to write it down. So you hear about it last: from the statement a week later, from the bookkeeper, or never.

What falls through
Loads booked in the chat that never show up on the statement
Rate changes after a cut leg that nobody wrote down
Cancellations with no TONU
A truck down on Tuesday that you hear about on Friday

Nothing changes for your team.

HaulCue picks up what's already being said about your loads, and finds what nobody had time to see.

Your dispatchers keep working exactly where they work now. No new app, no logins.
The statement used to be an evening with a calculator. Now it's an upload.

A signal, the minute it's posted

A truck down, a refused load, a driver gone quiet, an ELD offline. It lands in your own chat, with the line that triggered it.

What the ledger noticed

Three moments from one fleet's chats. Names, units and amounts left out.

Deleted after booking
A booking was posted, then deleted. The load came back rejected. The original card was still in the ledger, with the time it was posted.
Rate changed in passing
A leg was cut at the yard and the new rate went by in one line. The ledger picked it up. The statement was checked against the new rate, not the booked one.
ELD offline
A dispatcher posted that an ELD had dropped. The signal was in the owner's chat the same minute. That one came up 116 times in seven weeks.
